Thank you for shopping with us at 9 Square in the Air. We strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our refund policy.

Refund Policy
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returned items. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must notify the merchant of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price; depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee.

The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window (7 calendar days).
No restocking fee.
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item within the return window (7 calendar days). But the seller receives the item with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that has obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error.
Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
Returns after 7 calendar days
 
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition outside of the return window (7 calendar days).
Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a used item with minor damage.
Yes. Up to 25% of item's price.
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a used item with severe damage. Also, if the original boxes are missing or cannot be used to reship the item.
Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
Other situations
 
The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.
No restocking fee. We will pay for return shipping if applicable but will also file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if possible.
The buyer receives a used or damaged item.
No restocking fee. We will replace the item(s) at our cost and file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if possible.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.
No restocking fee.
 
*The buyer changes their mind and returns the item for one of the following reasons, which are not due to seller error:
  • Accidental order
  • Better price available
  • No longer needed/wanted

Playground Edition Sales: Due to all Playground Edition games being manufactured per order, all sales of Playground Edition items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Vendor Purchases: Purchases made from a third-party vendor are not eligible for refunds through 9 Square in the Air. Customers must refer to the return policy of the third-party vendor for any refunds or exchanges.
